The largest flower nail was bent and had a deep, sharp scratch going across the top. The online picture showed black protective tips on the ends of the nails - but there were none on the actual shipped product. The lifters are a very cheap lightweight plastic. I'm sending these back for a new set and hopefully the exchanged items will be in better shape. Will update my review if I find the new set to be in better shape and actually serve the intended purpose.
